Many Sales Managers don't know how to develop the sales skills of their team members. Today's Sales Managers may know how to sell (many have been promoted based on their sales ability) but most don't know how to effectively develop sales skills of their team members. They are usually too bogged down in daily challenges, deadlines and other responsibilities. As a result advancing the sales skills of their team members takes a back seat to more immediate problems (many of which wouldn't exist if the team were more competent!)

Coaching Skills Training
We also train Sales Managers to become skilled in performance coaching. We help
Managers identify the type of coaching needed by each individual and develop their
coaching skills so that they are equipped to continuously improve the skills of their
team members.
