Mystery Shopper Research
Using comprehensive customer briefs we make inbound enquires to your sales teams.
We design customer briefs to establish the current skills levels of your team members
in specific elements of your sales process as decided by you. Calls are recorded using
broadcast quality equipment and these, along with detailed written and verbal feedback,
are given (usually to the management team) identifying strengths and development
opportunities.
Sales Outsourcing, evolve sales
In 2009 we recognised an opportunity to provide an outsourced, professional sales
service for our existing customers to help fast track revenue results whilst developing
internal sales capability. We now have a team of mature, highly skilled sales professionals
selling into printed titles and digital platforms on behalf of our customers across the
UK.
