Once a target has been set we need to look at how it can be achieved. For example if increased revenue is the target will this be achieved through selling more to existing customers or gaining new business? Once this has been agreed we can then design a tailored learning solution. The delivery phase will involve making sure people are developed towards achieving the agreed aims.
